Начало документа: Article 1 The applicant for JAS certification (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant") and Japan Plywood Inspection Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "JPIC") shall observe the Law Concerning Standardization and Proper Labeling for Agricultural and Forestry Products and the ordinance and enforcement regulations relevant to the Law above (hereinafter referred to as " JAS Laws"), and execute the agreement which is constituted of the provisions stipulated in this agreement (including the application documents submitted by Applicant)(hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") and the matters stipulated in the certifying business regulations of JPIC (hereinafter referred to as "JPIC Certification Regulation") (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). |

к сожалению, статья 2 мне мало чем помогла при переводе названия документа: Article 2 JPIC specifies the period from the date of this Agreement entered into stipulated in paragraph 3 of the preceding Article till the submission of the judgment notice stipulated in paragraph 4 of the preceding Article as 3 months for the certification of the Manufacturer etc. (if the certifying evaluation has to be conducted abroad, as 4 months), and for the certification of foreign Manufacturer, 4 months. |
