I am having trouble making sense of чьей in this context

по аналогии:
You got no one to blame...

Technically чьей is the genitive, dative, instrumental and prepositional for чья ('whose'{fem,sg,nom})

But in this stanza I'd expect чьей to be part of ничьей (gen, dat, instr, prep for ничья), so the two words are supposed to be one (ничьей).

Нет вины ничьей никакой = No-one is to blame in any way.
