Речь идет о паротурбинной установке. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что это за hot steam conditions и low steam conditions.

With the compact design of the HP/IP turbine hot steam conditions are confined to the middle of the casing. On the other hand the glands at the casing ends are in regions of relatively low steam conditions.
