Folks, please help understand what it means! its from a children's book, the title of which is also Notso hotso! by Anne Fine, if it says anything. Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks a lot, folks, - yeap, its the cover of this book I am reading, quite childish but lots of colloquial words...thank you...may be the best option would be - хочется и колется?))))
