In case of inadequate performance by the Seller of the clause 5 of the contract at shipment of the goods the Buyer has the right to return a truck with the goods for reissuance of accompanying documents.

Продавец обязан возместить Покупателю дополнительные расходы по транспортировке и хранению товара, возникшие по вине Продавца в результате ненадлежащего оформления сопроводительных документов на товар.
