it may have - никакой топки. Часто встречается такой оборот. Зарапортовались, господа!) еще: The right to require/demand that the Supplier performs... Не совсем по-русски, но зато по-английски. |

P.S. насчет "топки" и it may have: No party to the Finance Documents may take proceedings against any officer, employee or agent in respect of any claim it may have against the Agent in relation to the Finance Documents. The Borrower irrevocably waives (and irrevocably agrees not to raise) any objection which it may have now or subsequently to the laying of the venue of any Proceedings in any such court as is referred to in this Clause... |

Остановилась на таком варианте (до сих пор правда остались сомнения насчет употребления DEMAND): ...shall not in any way deprive the Buyer of any rights it may have under this Contract, including, without limitation, the right to DEMAND the execution of all required works from the Supplier at its own expense... may have фтопку в этот раз не выбросила, не удалось, оно здесь хорошо вписывается. Хотя всегда с удовольствием выкину то что можно:) |

хотя можно было и: the right to demand that the Supplier perform/execute all required works... -насколько я помню, все таки demand требует чтобы основн. глагол был в инфинитиве |
