Добрый день, помогите, будьте добры, перевести. А то мой мозг отказывается понимать этот сюрреализм...

Встретилось мне это в спецификациях на MioZinc - цинковую грунтовку. Вот выдержка:
For minimum surface preparation, use conscientious hand and power
tool cleaning methods in accordance with ISO 8504-3 or SSPC-SP 2
