Подскажите пож-та перевод фразы "для чего" в след. контексте:
Затраты, которые понесет институт в процессе внедрения новой услуги значительны, но, по консервативным прогнозам, уже через год данный вид деятельности достигнет точки безубыточности, для чего будет необходимо достичь определенного размера депозитной базы.

Мой вариант:
The institution will incur significant expenses associated with launching the new product; however according to the conservative forecast the institution would be able to attain the break even point for deposit services within a year through building a large deposit base. (Вроде сносно, но смысл немного изменен).
