Статья соглашения о нарушении патентных и авторских прав. Затрудняюсь с переводом части "solely for its benefit and in lieu of". Пожалуйста, подскажите.

To the extent permitted by law, this indemnity obligation and remedy are given to Integrator solely for its benefit and in lieu of, and ХХХ disclaims, all warranties, conditions and other terms of non-infringement or title with respect to any Product.
