для анализа двоичных переменных применялся критерий хи-квадрат, для непрерывных (количественных??) - r-критерий

сравнение оценок конечных точек между группами проводилось с применением дисперсионного анализа с коррекцией по исходной оценке и пр.
Анализ чувствительности включал стратифицированный анализ коэффициента склонности.
