Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести оборот "впереди у него/неё"...
Контекст:
Ольга хорошо знает, что впереди у неё еще не одна операция по замене искусственного клапана [сердца].

Я перевела так:
Olga perfectly knows that still many operations for the replacement of the prosthetic heart valve are before her.

Смущает "before her" - сделала по аналогии с:
"у меня много времени впереди" — "I have plenty of time before me"
или
"у него вся жизнь впереди" - "his whole life is before him"
