ORDERING AND INVENTORY
(контекст)

(a) XXX shall submit to YYY monthly written non-binding forecasts projecting its requirement for HSG Products for the succeeding three (3) months. YYY requires a minimum ____ weeks lead time on orders for HSG Products.

(b) All purchase orders submitted by XXX shall be subject to acceptance by YYY by written notice of acceptance. Each purchase order submitted by H-Pure shall be binding upon XXX and shall set forth the type of HSG Products ordered, quantities to be supplied and delivery dates. Each written notice of acceptance shall be binding upon YYY. No term or condition set forth in any purchase order submitted by H-Pure or any acceptance notice submitted by YYY will have any effect other than the identification of HSG Product type, quantity, delivery dates and other general non-contractual invoice information.
