Additional Commitment means, on and for the date of the Syndication Agreement, such amount an Additional Lender is prepared to lend on terms applicable to the Loans, as specified in the Syndication Agreement, to the extent not cancelled, transferred or reduced under this Agreement.

... в тех случаях, когда такая сумма не была аннулирована, передана или reduced (не совсем понимаю?)
