“Cable Pay-Per-View” means any transmission or retransmission of any Licensed Property by means of a signal over coaxial or fiber-optic cable (whether such transmission is computer-assisted or otherwise, but excluding via the Internet) for reception on a television receiver in private living accommodations by means of a decoding device resulting from a subscriber accessing a single television program at start times scheduled by the service operator over several channels on a fee-per-exhibition or subscription basis . Cable Pay-Per-View Rights do not include any form of Pay TV Rights.
