The manager may secure any such loans in such manner as from time to time they may deem expedient, either by pledge of any or all of the securities owned by the Joint Ventures or any or all of the obligations of the Subscribers or both, or in any other manner and upon such terms as they shall deem expedient. Не пойму: кому этот менеджер должен обеспечивать получение займов (работникам предприятия), или это предприятие у кого-то берёт в долг? и что является целесообразным? и почему совместное рпедприятие во множ. числе? В общем - тупик... Заранее большое спасибо |
