COMPANY shall confirm in writing to the FREIGHT FORWARDER its nomination of Reserved Capacity for any combination (including both) of the Black Sea and BTC Options for the first year of the Initial Term no later than ten (10) days after the Effective Date and for the second year of the Initial Term no later than 5 November 2008. For the avoidance of doubt, such nomination with respect to the Black Sea Option shall be made by COMPANY regardless of satisfaction of the condition precedent under Article 1.2.2. Спасибо! |
