Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
The Subcontractor represents and warrants that no Official or close relative of any Official has any direct or indirect ownership or other legal or beneficial interest in it or any of its affiliates, or in the contractual relationship established by this Subcontract or any subcontract or other agreement related to this Subcontract, and that no such Official serves as an officer, director, employee, or agent of the Subcontractor.

"Не владеет (ни) прямо, (ни) или косвенно"...
