Здравствуйте, не подскажите как перевести advance в договоре о ссуде: ссуда, часть ссуды, авнанс? (есть такое?) При чём в самом договоре ссуда обозначается как Loan.

"Advance" means (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement) an advance made or to be made under this Agreement by the Lender;

The Borrower may, subject to clause 3 (Purposes and application of Facility), on any Business Day prior to the Business Day falling immediately prior to the Final Repayment Date request the Lender to make an Advance. Such request must specify the amount of the requested Advance and the date on which the Advance is to be made.

The Lender shall make the Advance in accordance with such request only if the request for an Advance has been made not later than 11.00 am on the day on which the Advance is to be made.
