The PRINCIPAL agrees that it shall not at any time from commencement of this agreement and within a period of twelve (12) months from the date upon which this agreement expires or is terminated and for any reason, contact or recruit directly, solicit any business from or in any way approach any candidates/applicants of Archangel Global Solutions without the express written permission of Archangel Global Solutions, and neither shall it directly or indirectly endeavor to approach or solicit for employment any of Archangel Global Solutions’ employees, sub-contractors or independent contractors. Likewise AGENT agrees not to contact/approach clients who have been identified/introduced by PRINCIPAL to AGENT in the course of business.
