Имеется пункт соглашения:

at the reasonable request of the Company, co-operate as requested by the Company to enable the Company to comply with any exercise of rights by a Data Subject under the DPA in respect of Shared Personal Data Processed by the Bank in connection with this Agreement or comply with any assessment, enquiry, notice or investigation by the UK Information Commissioner (in respect of the said processing) which shall include the provision of all Shared Personal Data requested by the Company within the timescale reasonably specified by the Company in each case to enable the Company to comply with any timescale imposed on it by the UK Information Commissioner

Откровенно запуталась вот в этом моменте: to enable the Company to comply with any exercise of rights by a Data Subject. Своего более-менее адекватного варианта пока нет.
