Как бы тут это “Entity” получше обозвать? А?

Контекст:
"Agreement” means any agreement in writing between the Client and ХХХ relating to the Services.

“Client” means any person to whom the Services are provided. For the avoidance of doubt in the case of individuals this includes promoters, settlors, heirs, personal representatives (validly appointed) and assigns and in the case of a corporate entity includes its successors and assigns. “You” and “Yours” means the client and client’s.

“Entity” means any body Corporate, Partnership, Trust, Association or other person in respect of which Services are provided.

“ХХХ” means the Service provider, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and any successors in title and shall include the Directors, Officers, Consultants and employees of XXX. “We” and “Us” means XXX.

“Services” means all Services carried out or performed for or on behalf of or in connection with (whether before or after) the establishment or administration by XXX of any Entity. For the avoidance of doubt this shall include (but shall not be limited to) the provision of Trustees, Directors and Shareholders, administration necessary to ensure the good standing and proper management of the Entity.

“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time which unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular shall include the plural and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and the neuter and visa versa in each case and heading are included for ease of reference only and do not form part of the terms and conditions.

А почему не назвать "Юридическое лицо"?

а Association всегда подпадает под определение Entity?...hmm... ..
я бы тоже написала "Юр. лицо", но организация - более нейтрально

т.е. да, Association это entity, но Ассоциация в России не обязательно явл. юр. лицом...поэтому может быть путаница, если переводить энтити как юр. лицо

Alex16, потому что траст Partnership, Trust НЕ юридические лица, Association - не всегда, с "other person" вообще непонятно.

Вот если бы это была хоть какая-какая "группа граждан" я бы написал "образование", "формирование", ну и, конечно, "организация", тк. неинкорпорированное "тело" тоже, в общем-то, организация.
Но "person" в перечне портит строй. Единственное, о чем я могу подумать - "Субъект". :) Если кажется страшным (вам или заказчику), то "Лицо".
С другой стороны, это определение можно пока отложить. Переводите договор; из контекста станет ясно, кому там в основном оказываются услуги. Если выяснится, что "группам граждан" - значит, выберите из того, что я указал. При этом и "Компания" сгодится. :)

Если вы это уже точно установили, то так и напишите: "Клиент". Или "Лицо".

Не совсем так, тут речь идет об открытии фирмы, и ХХХ оказывает данные услуги по открытию и юр. и физ.лицам,
а эта "Entity", как раз и есть та будущая фирма, по всему тексту договора..
....а вот в расшифровке фигня какая-то получается...
Целый день голову ломаю...не могу догнать :-((

Не надо ломать, если от прочтения не прояснилось (чтение иногда не помогает). Прояснится по ходу. Оставьте в русском тексте слово Entity, переводите дальше и не беспокойтесь об этом. К подписной странице (IN WITNESS WHEREOF) у вас будет ясное представление о намерении сторон и полное понимание, что такое Entity и как ее лучше назвать.
