Письмо об арифмитической ошибке в инвойсе busin.

Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.

Извещаем Вас, что в связи с непредвиденными обстоятельствами в инвойсе № 1 от 01.01.2000 г. была допущенная арифметическая ошибка в стоимости товарных позиций № 111 и 120. Правильная сумма инвойса 1234$. Исправленный инвойс прилагается. Приносим свои извинения за причиненные неудобства.

Вот я попробовал перевести, но наверно не очень получилось, поправте если что не так.

Please be advised that due to the reasons beyond our control in the Invoice No 1 dd 01/01/2000 there is an arifmetical error in Total$ in goods position No 111 and No 120. The correct total summ in invoice is 1234 US Dollars. Corrected Invoice is attached. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Ну уж извините, куда мне с моим инженерно-экономическим образованием :) Ну не совсем я понял эту фразу, всё равно в письме она не очень выглядит, это скорее в доверенности какой или уведомлении... поправь если опять не прав :)

Я сразу подумал что она означает: "Да будет известно всем присуствующим", ну не досмотрел окончания :)

* I would just skip Доводим до вашего сведения. It is a typical letter starter for Russian, but not English. The shorter the better! If you absolutely need to translate that, then use the phrase in parentheses.
