Коллеги, помогите с переводом фразы:
Проектный институт включен Управлением по технологическому и экологическому надзору Ростехнадзора по Республике Татарстан в реестр организаций, занимающихся деятельностью по проектированию объектов газового хозяйства, котлонадзора и нефтехимии.

Если Ростехнадзор надо расшифровать, то вся структура предложения меняется.

Имхо, не надо included/entered/incorporated и т.п. в register. Имеется в виду просто ... is authorized by... to provide engineering services for...
