Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

There are various ways that goods can be received in from suppliers:
• Onsite receipt of goods - goods are delivered directly to an organisation where they are receipted and the stock is available for issue.
• Offsite receipt of goods - goods are delivered to a forwarding depot where they are receipted, consolidated and then delivered to an organisation for further processing. In this case the goods move into an in-transit status and are not available for issue.
• Onsite receipt of goods in-transit - goods that were processed as offsite receipts are moved from an in-transit status in stock and are available for issue.

Несколько вопросов:
1) forwarding depot - российский эквивалент? база снабжения? временное хранилище?
2) Слово receipted в следующей фразе - goods are delivered directly to an organisation where they are receipted [где выдается документ об их получении???]
3) ну и stock is available for issue в данном контексте
[запасы на складе готовы к отпуску?]

ну, по доставкам я не специалист, так что могу только высказать свое ИМХО.
1) forwarding depot - consider пересылочная база
2) receipted (хм.. впервые встречаю) - думаю, что они просто "принимаются". естественно при любой приемке составляется акт о приемке
3)согласная с Вашей версией

they are receipted - проводится их приемка
stock is available for issue - согласна с Вами
