Здравствуйте, пожалуйста, помогите перевести два понятия rights of light
и façade and façade access engineers. Насчет первого понятия: такой вопрос в форуме уже задавался, но ответа не было.
Перевожу соглашение на оказание строительных услуг.

The Client will appoint separately all other consultants necessary for the project including inter alia, cost consultant, structural and MEP engineers, landscape architects, façade and façade
access engineers, acoustic consultants, rights of light and other specialist building surveyors.
