The Directors have the right to determine the basis upon which expenses shall be attributed to any Investment Account.

Again, this seems to suggest that where an expense arises the basis of charge is at the discretion of the Directors as opposed to being charged to the relevant class of shares in respect of which the expense was incurred or charged on a pro rata basis against all the Investment Account.
The charging of expenses should be open and fair, not at the discretion of the Directors.
