Настоящим сообщаем, что в соответствии с заявкой-заказом №09 от 02/03/2008, № 10 от 05/03/2008 в адрес компании ООО «Ас», согласно контракта Vот 07/02/2008 был отправлен груз «бобы». В качестве подтверждения заказов были выставлены проформы инвойсы № 9 от 29/04/2008, № 65 от 14/05/2008.
В результате технической ошибки, при отгрузке товара фактическая загрузка контейнеров не соответствует запланированной. Суммарно отгруженный товар соответствует заказам №09 от 02/03/2008 и №10 от 05/03/2008. Просим принять извинения за доставленные неудобства.

This is to advise that in full accordance with purchase order #09 dd. 2nd March, 2008 and purchase order #10 dd. 5th March, 2008 the cargo of (cocoa?) beans was shipped to the company "Ac" pursuant to the contract V dd. 07th February, 2008.
Proforma invoices #9 dd. 24th April 2008 and #65 dd. 14th May, 2008 were issued as a confirmation of the orders in question.
Due to technical problems actual contents of the goods in the shipped containers does not conform to the original specification.
However the total amount of the goods actually shipped in two containers do correspond to the specifications as per order #09 dd. 2nd March, 2008 and order #10 dd. 5th March, 2008.
