Subject: Договор о Гранте Уважаемые переводчики, очень прошу хотя бы помочь мне понять, в чём смысл этих пунктов! Првый пункт для меня вообще набор слов какой-то..Заранее всех благодарю!Уважаемые переводчики! В договоре о Гранте есть два пункта, которые никак не поддаются моему пониманию..Ужасно запутано всё для меня. Очень прошу помочь...кто чем может) в п. INTERPRETATION In this Agreement, reference to an Act is to such Act and to the regulations made pursuant to such Act and regulations may at any time be amended or modified and in effect, and to any act or regulations that may be passed that have theeffect of supplementing or supersending such act or regulations. и в п. Suspension and Disbursement The Bank shall have suspended disbursements from the loan or equity investment to the Client for the Project, if any. |
