Помогите, пожалуйста, еще с одним отрывком про обслуживание сейфов. Я перевела, но я почти ничего в этом не понимаю, поэтому прошу проверить мой перевод.

При оформлении договора аренды в качестве обеспечения своих обязательств Арендатор вносит задаток.
When opening a new safekeeping service contract, the Renter grants an advance as a cover for the obligations.

Задаток не возвращается Арендатору в случаях:
Advance money is not returned to the Renter in the following cases:

• при отказе Арендатора произвести дополнительный платеж за срок дополнительной аренды,
• If the Renter refuses to make an extra payment for the additional term of rent.

• если Арендатор не явится и не освободит сейф в течение 15 календарных дней со дня истечения срока аренды.

If the Renter doesn’t come and free the safe during 15 calendar days since the termination of the lease.

• при отказе Арендатора оплатить работы по вскрытию и замене замка или изготовлению дубликатов ключей в случае утраты.
• If the Renter refuses to pay for the work on lock opening and replacement or in case the keys are lost and the customer refuses to pay for making the key duplicate.

On execution of this Lease Agreement the Lessee shall make a cash deposit [with the Lessor] as security for performance of its obligations.
дополнительный платеж – additional payment
освободит сейф – vacate/remove the contents from the safe deposit box
