Subject: Infringing products law If, in connection with Products delivered by the Seller to the Buyer under this Agreement, a court of competent jurisdiction holds the Buyer liable for intellectual property infringement (“Infringing Products”), the damages which the Seller may be liable to the Buyer in respect of such Infringing Products shall not exceed an amount equal to the aggregate amount paid by the Buyer to the Seller for the Infringing Products during the 6 months immediately preceding the final judgment.Несоотвесттвующая продукция?
