Ребята, помогите перевести фразу из договора - comply with the express negligence rule. Контекст - execution of this agreement by the parties constitutes an agreement and acknowledgement that the release and indemnification provisions contained in the terms and conditions comply with the express negligence rule and are conspicuous.
