напр. falling to be redeemed - подлежащие выкупу (акции)/которые должны быть выкуплены

здесь:
On the date fixed for redemption, each of the holders of the Redeemable Shares **falling to be redeemed** shall deliver to the Company, at the Company's registered office, the certificate(s) for such Redeemable Shares in order that the same may be retired. Upon such delivery, the Company shall pay to the holder the amount due to it in respect of such redemption.

мне сначала показалось, что там опечатка - faIling, однако Гугл не врёт...
