Пожалуйста, помогите перевести!
Государство имеет приоритетное право перед другой стороной Контракта или участниками юридического лица, обладающего правом недропользования, на приобретение отчуждаемого права недропользования или доли участия в юридическом лице, обладающего правом недропользования, на условиях не хуже, чем предложенные другими покупателями.

Имею вопрос. А можно ли в таком тексте использовать "the right of first refusal"?

Я тоже в ту степь думала - the right of first refusal / preferential / preemptive right... а как именно здесь это вклеить-то? the right of first rеfusal over the other party... preferential right as compared to... как бы не звучит... вот я и... уклончиво...

я бы не стал здесь писать the right of first refusal, хотя и больше знаков...

Mamma mia... только сейчас дошло... besser spaet als nie, they say :-)... ведь тут же о го-су-дар-стве речь идёт. Стало быть, priority right / the right of first refusal / preferential / preemptive right - фтопку. Рaramount right... но я что-то по-прежнему затрудняюсь с этим "перед другой стороной"

а вот ещё есть такая штука, как right of emiunent domain. кто-то его тарктует расширительно, не только применительно к земле, но остаётся важный атрибут for public use
