Знаю несколько вариантов, не знаю, какой правильней, на каком лучше остановиться? (Сельское хозяйство). Помогите, пожалуйста.

1) Is a member of management clearly identifiable as responsible for workers health, safety and welfare?
2) Does the farm have a written health, safety and hygiene policy and procedures including issues of the risk assessment?
3) Have all workers received adequate health and safety training?

workers health, safety and welfare = охрана здоровья, труда и социальные нужды работников? или= охрана здоровья, безопасность и социальные нужды работников? или= гигиена и охрана труда...? или по-другому?
