Юристы, помогите пожалуйста. Что есть commitment, как его перевести?

контекст:
Договор об открытии возобновляемой кредитной линии.

- Each extension of credit shall be in such amount as the Borrower may request, but the aggregate principal amount of all extensions of credit at any one time outstanding shall not exceed US$10 (the "Commitment"). The Borrower may obtain credit, repay without penalty and obtain further credit as provided for under this Agreement, from the date hereof until the Credit Termination Date, in either the full amount of the Commitment or any lesser sum.

- For so long as the Commitment or any of the Obligations remains outstanding, the Borrower will, unless otherwise permitted by the Bank in writing:

И второй вопрос:
Loan Documents - можно перевести как Документы по кредиту, займу? Как принято?

а чем тут commitment отличается от obligations?

более узко - как обязательства по кредиту (или ценным бумагам).
Obligations - очень обще и для контракта очень "по-русски". В контрактах на англ. надо очень осторожно это слово употреблять. Чаще нужно liabilities или даже the parties undertake...

я бы для Commitment здесь использовала "Кредитная линия"
