Я уже совсем запуталась.....If the (компания1)fails for any reason to make payment of any sum due to (компания2) on the due date then the (компания1)shall pay interest on that sum for the period from the due date until the date payment is actually received, such interest to be payable on demand and to be calculated on a daily basis (as well after as before any judgment) at a rate per annum equal to two per cent (2%) above the UKRAINIAN CENTRAL BANK base rate from time to time of (or any of its successors).
