Уважаемые коллеги, помогите, пожалуйста, понять последнюю фразу в данном предложении (начиная со "solely to the extent ...), заранее спасибо:If no agreement is reached after 30 days, then the Party shall be free to negotiate elsewhere, except that if within 1 year from the expiration or termination of the exclusive negotiating period the Party receives any third party offer that the Party wishes to accept that is equal to or less favorable than the last offer made by us pursuant to our right of first negotiation, then the Party agrees to give written notice to us of such offer and we shall have ten business days after receipt of such notice to match the materials terms of such third party offer, solely to the extent such material terms can be reducible to dollar amounts. |
