Anyway, this might help: The entire period during which any Party hereto shall be prevented, due to Force Majeure, from performing its obligations or exercising its rights hereunder and a reasonable time thereafter, as may be necessary for the fulfillment of the obligations or for the exercise of the rights, shall be added to the term of validity of the clause or clauses of this Contract which are affected thereby |
| Should any event of force-majeure occur, the deadline for fulfillment by the Patrties of their obligations hereunder shall be extended by the duration of such event [by a period during which such event lasts], subject to timely notification of the other Party. |
