Afternoon guys!

Looking for all of our medical / pharmaceutical related colleagues lurking around here.

I got this really interesting offer to work as a Buyer/Translator for a Chicago-based firm.... I want to take it (money is always good) but really think it would be better to pass it to someone with more knowledge in the field.

They pay well for the work you would be doing.

Here are the details of the job:

basically a shopping project.
You need to know or know of a good pharmacist because the products you will be purchasing are all cough and cold products. These are items like cough suppressants, expectorants, lozenges, sinus relief, decongestants, and allergy medicines.
The pharmacist will have expert information of what is actually happening in the category.
When you ask the pharmacist for the brands, mention that we would like the top 8-12 brands. Tell them we need brands from the following sub-categories: cough suppressants, sinus relief, decongestants, expectorants, allergy and cold care.
We are looking for all different types of forms: liquids/syrups, pills (capsules, tablets, etc.), sprays (nasal and throat), lozenges, rubs and any other relevant forms. Make sure they understand that we are not looking for 8-12 brands for each subcategory, just 8-12 total brands. Also, we want to make sure they understand that we are looking for the major allopathic brands (not all natural, homeopathic, naturopathic, etc.)

The company I got the offer from is Chicago-based and I will be happy to tell them that even though I cannot do it, I have found someone who definitely can.
