Описываются различные среды для развертывания и применения Windows SPS.
В первом случае - простейшая среда, внутри подразделения, без помощи и участия специалистов IT-подразделения компании.
Во втором - все еще для внутреннего использования, но уже на уровне IT-подразделения всей компании, а не просто в пределах своего отдела.
