Прошу прощения за наглость, не имею ни малейшего понятия о том, как это должно быть оформлено по-русски, даже не догадываюсь, что делать с quote и unquote, не говоря об остальном. Контекст: приложение к Franchise Agreement, по которому Пользователь должен предоставить Правообладателю банковское обеспечение.
