Возможно, со времени последнего обсуждения, кто-нибудь смог дать русский вариант: Downstream correspondent clearing services means a correspondent customer who receives correspondent banking services from an institution and itself provides correspondent banking services to other financial institutions in the same currency as the account it maintains with the institution AND where the correspondent customer is not located in the European Union. У меня получается что-то вроде этого: Проведение платежей других банков через свои корреспондентские счета (Downstream correspondent clearing services) означает клиента, которому Банком предоставляется обслуживание корреспондентских счетов, а клиент самостоятельно предоставляет корреспондентские банковские услуги другим финансовым институтам в той же валюте, в которой у него открыт счет в банке И где клиент-корреспондент не расположен на территории ЕС. В этом есть смысл? |
