Subject: side agreement law Дорогие други, кто силён в юр. терминах, подскажите, пожалуйста, каков русский эквивалент для side agreement. Это НЕ допсоглашение (такая тема была уже на форуме).Контекст: Side Agreement means any Contract or other oral or written agreement on behalf of the Company, whether signed or agreed solely by or on behalf of the Company or by both parties, that has not been approved by the Company's Law Department as required by this policy, or that was signed by a person who does not have authority to sign pursuant to this policy.
