(Контекст: В случае невозможности решения...., все споры ... будут рассматриваться исключительно в порядке арбитражного производства ...судом в Стокгольме ...с применением материального права Швейцарии и С ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕМ ОБЩЕИСКОВОГО ПОРЯДКА.
