Subject: Инструкцией Банка России Good morning!Couple of things I want to check on as I am getting different answers from different people.
First, I have been meaning to ask about the standard translation of Инструкцией Банка России for a long time. I have seen Bank of Russia Regulation, Bank of Russia Instructions, Bank of Russia Guidelines. Which one is the standard translation? I am leaning towards Regulation. Second, Приказом ФСФР, от 10.10.2006г., №06-117/пз-н "Об утверждении Положения о раскрытии информации эмитентами эмиссионных ценных бумаг"
Does anyone have the English for this thing? As usual, something can be hacked out (which seems to be what a lot of people do) but there has to be a standard translation and that is what I am after (I have just never seen it). Thanks a million in advance!
