Правильно ли я понимаю, что здесь Истец собирается нести свои расходы сам, а расходы на арбитраж ходотайствует присудить Ответчикам?

Предложение следующее: Claimant respectfully requests that the Arbitrators award to him his attorneys' fees, costs and expenses required to be expended in bringing and prosecuting this Arbitration to remedy Respondents' breaches, and, that the Arbitrators award that, as between the parties, the arbitration costs including Arbitrators fees shall be borne by Respondents.
