Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

Покупатель производит предоплату за продукцию в объеме партии в течение 4 дней после выставленного Поставщиком счета по безналичному расчету в рублях в соответствие с требованием действующего законодательства РФ.

The Buyer shall effect a prepayment for the Products in the volume of a batch within 4 days after the Supplier issues an invoice by bank transfer in rubles in accordance with the requirements of the current Russian legislation.

Все споры, связанные с исполнением настоящего Договора, решаются путем переговоров. При не достижении соглашения Сторон спор подлежит рассмотрению в Арбитражном суде по месту нахождения истца в соответствии с действующим законодательством с соблюдением претензионного характера.

If the agreement between the Parties cannot be settled by means of negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to the Court of Arbitration _______ of the claimant in accordance with the current legislation and using the complaint procedure.

If the Parties fail to come to/reach [an] agreement/unable to resolve the dispute by means of negotiation it shall be submitted to the Court of Arbitration at the claimant’s location in accordance with the effective court settlement procedure.
