5. Effect of Divestiture of Buyer or Seller:

In the event that the Company divests its interest in a party to this Agreement, then notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement,

i) "if the Buyer is the divested entity, the relationship between the parties, including any liability for costs or damages of any nature, shall be determined in accordance with the Seller’s standard form terms and conditions of sale in effect at the time of the sale or transfer of goods or services giving rise to the controversy,..."

Начало вообще не складывается.
Далее предположительно:
i) если Покупатель является (...), взаимоотношения между Сторонами, включая ответственность за любые издержки или ущерб, должны определяться в соответствии с Условиями продажи по стандартной форме Продавца, действующей на момент продажи или поставки Товара или оказания услуг, (давших повод для разногласий???)

Как в данном случае переводится: divestiture/ to divest interests...
и OVERRIDE agreement?
