guys, i need ur help stat. i m translating a job description, and there is one item that i am labouring with. it is an open position advertisement, and in the line describing to whom the applicant will report should s/he be offered employment, it says Human Resources Manager

Reports to HR Manmager

how to translate this "reports to" in russian? подчиненность, подотчетность? what is the word for it in russian? i cannt seem to think of the right word. save my ass, pleweeeez, pretty please with a cherry on top :))))))

или непосредственный начальник такой-то
