Qualifying Transactions

Добрый день.
Может быть, кто-нибудь подскажет, как по-русски обозвать Qualifying Tranactions? Из определения сам термин я не пойму, Приложение 7 тоже ничего существенного не подсказало.
Суть понятна, а термин...

Qualifying Transactions means the export and, as the case may be, import transactions under the export or, as the case may be, import agreements specified in Schedule 7 (Qualifying Transactions) to this Agreement and any other transaction for the import of goods to Russia or, as the case may be, export of goods from Russia entered into under agreements in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and which the Borrower and the Agent (acting on the instructions of all of the Lenders) agree to designate as a Qualifying Transaction for the purpose of this Agreement.

Если Вы говорите, что о них больше ничего нигде не говорится, то попробуйте поиграть с этим...
